The Mainstreet Ventures Central Reservations and Information Department was established to provide guests of all our restaurants with the finest possible service and information available via a single, convenient toll-free number. We are open an average of 11 hours a day, 7 days a week, 362 days a year to assist our guests.

Our unique operation provides superior record keeping and accountability to insure the accuracy of your reservation, and our courteous staff is subject to some of the most intense and far-reaching training offered within the company. Our system is continually updated on an hourly basis to keep abreast of the current status at all of our restaurants.

Our friendly Reservations Agents are happy to set up reservations for you hours before many of our restaurants open in the evening, or up to two months in advance if you'd like. Compare seating availability between any of our properties and select your best option. Ask about menu options and prices, dress code and decor, or addresses and driving directions for any of our fine-dining restaurants. You can even purchase gift certificates or our cookbook over the phone.

Large Party and Private Dining Reservations

Zia's library room can comfortably accomodate 30-40 guests with a great view  of the  Maumee River.  Featuring  a special Festa di Vitto Menu just for large parties

Ciao! is available for private parties of 40 or more guests from 11:00am until 4:00 pm.  Menus are flexible and there is no rental fee for use of the facility. 

Real Seafood Company in Toledo can accommodate large groups in our River Room #1 for up to 40 and in our River Room #2 for up to 20.  It's the perfect location for lunch or dinner meetings, afternoon showers and private parties. Chef Mike is happy to work out a menu specific for your group.

 Real Seafood Company in Ann Arbor has private areas available for parties of 15-40 during lunch and dinner hours.  Perfect for a quick and healthy business lunch or special occasion dinner.

The Palm Room at The Real Seafood Company in Naples has become a popular destination for private functions of all types, with seating for up to 40.  Our staff are experts at catering to your every need from special event menus to av rental equipment or decorations we can take care of it all to ensure a worry free event.

  Palio has seating available for up to 40 people,  featuring the rustic Palio charm and our  Italian Feast Menu. 

  Gratzi has seating for private functions of up to 40 people during lunch and dinner hours until 5:00pm.  Enjoy destinctive balcony seating and creative Italian cuisine.

The Chop House in Grand Rapids offers not just one private dining area's but three!  The Napa Suite enclosed in glass can seat up to 40, The Maduro Room with it's elegantly comfortable tables and decor offers seating for up to 20 and the Semi Private Dining in the main dining room can accommodate up to 20.
